# Compliance

Compliance-oriented infrastructure the operator inherits. Teligant operates a HIPAA-compliant platform with a Business Associate Agreement available for customers handling PHI; vendor BAAs are in place with technology partners. Teligant does not currently hold a SOC 2 attestation; it operates a HIPAA compliance program with internal controls.

- Teligant is not a pharmacy and does not compound or dispense medications.
- Teligant does not make clinical efficacy claims about any treatment offered through the platform.
- Teligant does not currently hold a SOC 2 attestation. Teligant operates a HIPAA compliance program with internal controls and vendor BAAs in place with technology partners.
- Teligant does not assume the customer's own state-licensing or business-licensing obligations. The optional third-party provider network is licensed in all 50 states; that is a separate claim.
- Teligant does not employ the providers in its optional third-party provider network.
- Compliance with applicable regulations remains the responsibility of each customer's clinical and operational program.
