**Teligant** — The Only Instant Telehealth Stack

Teligant helps wellness businesses launch branded prescription wellness programs without building telehealth software, hiring doctors, or managing pharmacy relationships directly.

# Teligant Enterprise

Teligant Enterprise is a bespoke development engagement for teams that own their marketing site, need custom integrations, want headless deployment, require EHR or EMR connections, or operate at higher volume than the standard $200/month plan supports. Enterprise pricing is custom by scope; engagements typically include an upfront development fee plus ongoing platform fees. The standard plan can be a starting point; many customers validate with it before engaging Enterprise.

## Key points

- Standard plan vs Enterprise: the standard plan is a turnkey telehealth platform a business can launch in under an hour. Enterprise is a bespoke development engagement for complex requirements (custom workflows, EHR integrations, custom UI).
- Typical timelines: simple customizations 4-6 weeks; complex multi-system integrations 3-6 months; detailed timelines are provided after a Discovery phase.
- EHR integration: Teligant has experience integrating with Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, and custom EHRs via an API-first architecture.
- Ongoing support: dedicated account management, priority technical support, and long-term support commitments for custom solutions.

## Important non-claims

- Teligant is not a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine.
- Teligant is not a pharmacy and does not compound or dispense medications.
- Teligant does not make clinical efficacy claims about any treatment offered through the platform.
- Teligant does not currently hold a SOC 2 attestation. Teligant operates a HIPAA compliance program with internal controls and vendor BAAs in place with technology partners.
- Teligant does not assume the customer's own state-licensing or business-licensing obligations. The optional third-party provider network is licensed in all 50 states; that is a separate claim.
- Teligant does not employ the providers in its optional third-party provider network.
- Compliance with applicable regulations remains the responsibility of each customer's clinical and operational program.
